These are my top 3 books of April 2023!

#3 – The Hunger Games (By: Suzanne Collins)
The Hunger Games is a modern classic and it ages like fine wine! I re-read this in April and it’s still one of the best books out there.

#2 – When a Scot Ties the Knot (By: Tessa Dare)
This was wild from the start and I was here for it!
At the beginning of her first London Season, Madeline Gracechurch does what all introverts dream of achieving and that is inventing her betrothed. Captain MacKenzie was just suppose to a figment of her imagination… until he wasn’t? Through a fluke and a major coincidence Captain MacKenzie seeks out Madeline with his battalion of soldiers to find a home in the Scottish highlands.

#1 – Howling Dark (By: Christopher Ruoccio)
This is the second book in the Sun Eater Series!
This series is an amazing sci-fi, fantacy-esq, space opera that manages to keep getting better.
Hadrian Marlowe is a hero and a villain. On the run from his fathers tyrannical rule he gets caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Becoming a fighter in a gladiator style arena gets Hadrian caught in political intrigue and he is unable to escape the clutches of a war that he has no stake in.
